Borussia Dortmund have identified a replacement for Jadon Sancho – and he is an Arsenal flop.
The German side are facing the threat of losing the 20-year-old to Manchester United once again, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer linked with another move for the forward.
It saw reports emerge of the Westfalenstadion team identifying Stuggart youngster Tanguy Coulibaly as a replacement.
But Dutch outlet Soccer News have said that a former Gunners player is also in Dortmund’s sights.
PSV Eindhoven forward Donyell Malen has been leading the club’s line for the last three seasons, scoring 43 goals in 93 appearances.
Helping his side win the 2017/18 Eredivisie title, it has seen the 21-year-old earn six Holland appearances.

But his career started with Arsenal in their academy, arriving from Ajax in 2015, impressing during the FA Youth Cup to earn a professional contract a year later.
And the forward made an impact, scoring 14 goals in 30 appearances.
His time in the senior squad, though, was limited to just one pre-season appearance win over Sydney in July 2017.

It led to a transfer by the north London side to PSV the following month, where he has only got better.
Despite missing most of last season with a knee injury, Malen still scored 17 goals and made nine assists.
This form has continued for the 2020/21 campaign – and the report states it has piqued Dortmund’s interest.
The German side have been impressed with his added ability to create chances, having made six assists this season, describing the Dutchman as a “unique player”.
But he has scored 43 goals in 93…
