We ‘signed’ Dominik Szoboszlai for Arsenal in January and this is what happened

Arsenal face competition in the race to sign reported target Dominik Szoboszlai, with the midfielder close to completing a move to German side RB Leipzig, according to a report from Sky Sports Deutschland.

Szoboszlai, a talented 20-year-old midfielder who is currently playing for Austrian side Red Bull Salzburg, has been heavily linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium over the last few months in recent weeks.

But, like former Salzburg striker Erling Haaland before him, the midfielder could be set for a move to RB Leipzig, as the youngster makes the next step in his development. As well as Arsenal, Szoboszlai has been linked with a number of major European clubs including Tottenham Hotspur, AC Milan and others.
