Although Willian is yet to score for his new club he has played in nine games in all competitions so far for Arsenal this term.
Now he has tipped Arteta to become one of the world’s top managers and thinks they have an excellent chance of winning silverware soon.
The last time the Gunners won the Premier League was 16 years ago in the legendary “Invincibles” season.
