Hungarian midfielder’s agent confirms Arsenal interest
Arsenal have been handed a major boost after a top target’s agent confirmed that the Gunners’ interest is concrete.
football.london first revealed Arsenal’s interest in Red Bull Salzburg’s Dominik Szoboszlai in the summer of 2019, and scouts have been in regular attendance at the Austrian side’s games to watch the Hungarian international midfielder ever since.
As per Sport Witness, Szoboszlai’s agent Matyas Esterhazy has been discussing the interest in his client.
The report states that Esterhazy revealed Szoboszlai will not be signing for AC Milan, despite having twice been close to an agreement, while explaining that ‘Arsenal’s interest is real’.

Arteta explains Willian’s struggles
Brazilian winger Willian produced a hat-trick of assists on his Arsenal debut against Fulham, but has struggled since.
However, Gunners manager Mikel Arteta believes that the summer signing from Chelsea can make the difference this season.
Arteta has put Willian’s inconsistent form down to a lack of pre-season and constant changes in his team’s front three.
“I think he started really well with his first game against Fulham,” Arteta said. “We’ve been changing the front three, he had an injury and he didn’t have any time to train, any pre-season – he was later than the others.
“They need to generate that cohesion, that understanding. The relationships on the pitch between the front players and wide players in order for things to work better.”
