Arsenal fans hailed Mikel Arteta for what he did on the Emirates pitch after seeing off Molde.

The Gunners saw off Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s former side 4-1 to make it three wins from three in the Europa League this season.

It means the north London side have now won three games in a row, including a win at Old Trafford against Manchester United.

Arteta explained that his team were now fired up to continue building on their momentum in the European campaign.

And images from the Emirates Stadium have shown how Arsenal are using every minute they can to be prepared.

The Gunners boss stayed on the pitched with Cedric Soares, Bukayo Saka, Kieran Tierney and Mohamed Elneny, who all came off the bench in the Molde win.

Arsenal’s first two substitutes came on with half an hour to go while the other two had 10 minutes on the pitch.

And Arteta sent them back out onto the pitch to run some intense training drills, appearing to practice passing and running between two obstacles.

Arsenal went behind to start with at the Emirates Stadium as Martin Ellingsen curled an effort into the net from 25 yards.

And he was one of the four substitutes who stayed on the pitch running drills with the boss after the full-time whistle
