Gunners tipped to sign Edouard

Former Arsenal striker Kevin Campbell has urged his old side to sign Celtic forward Odsonne Edouard as a replacement for Alexandre Lacazette.

The Gunners were one of numerous Premier League teams linked with a move for Edouard over the summer, and with Lacazette ‘s future in London still uncertain, Campbell has had his say on the matter.

Speaking to Football Insider, the ex-Arsenal man spoke about the Celtic talisman: “There was talk of a move to Arsenal. They have been utilising Aubameyang from the left and Lacazette is the one that Edouard could come in for. Lacazette is the wrong side of 30 now. That move may still happen because Edouard is a really talented player. He is a natural goalscorer who is very cute around the box. A player that would be a great addition to anybody but for now, he is at a huge club in Celtic.”
