Arsenal fans have taken to social media and shared a brand new transfer theory.
The Gunners were active in the summer window as manager Mikel Arteta bolstered his squad in key areas by bringing in the likes of Thomas Partey, Gabriel Magalhaes, and Willian.
However, they did miss out on a deal for Lyon playmaker Houssem Aouar.

According to ESPN, the 22-year-old’s proposed move to the Emirates Stadium collapsed with the midfielder’s agent largely to blame.
It is claimed that Brahim Aouar asked for a large commission for his brother to sign for the Gunners with the Frenchman having his heart set on a move to north London, but the failure to agree terms eventually led to the deal being called off.
Despite this, optimism remains amongst supporters that a future deal for Aouar can still be completed.
But the Gunners would have to wait until January to reignite their interest in the France international as the transfer window slammed shut on Monday…well, sort of.
There is a domestic window that runs until October 16 and Arsenal, along with their Premier League rivals, are able to do deals with EFL clubs up until that date.
And this has prompted some wild speculation from some fans.
William Saliba looks set for a loan move to a Championship club before next Friday’s deadline and two of the clubs linked with his signature happen to be Norwich City and Brentford.
With Emiliano Buendia and Said Benrahma at those clubs respectively, some Arsenal fans think Saliba should be used in any deal which would bring either playmaker to the Emirates.
