Mikel Arteta signed three players for Arsenal this summer but the boss is reportedly not done there when it comes to rebuilding his squad.
Arteta took over at the Emirates last December and has seen a steady improvement of the Gunners and won the FA Cup last season.
He improved his squad with the signings of Willian and Gabriel as well as a Deadline Day move for Atletico Madrid midfielder Thomas Partey.
But reports suggest he still wants to strengthen with Gunners technical director Edu agreeing with the Spaniard.
Football.London claim that Arsenal boss Arteta wants to sign at least two players in January, with a back-up centre forward and a flexible forward the priorities.

On the recent transfer window, Edu had said: “I am pleased with the way we worked because we are facing a very difficult situation with Covid and in the market, everyone is quite worried about the future, the planning, whether they have the money or not, the revenue, so it is quite challenging but the way we did it was amazing.
“It is not only Edu, it is not only Mikel Arteta, we have a lot of people around us in the club that it is important to mention as well, financial, legal, medical, recruitment, our loan manager, but we cannot forget of course the support, of which I received a lot of, from the board and the owners.
