Arsenal have three more transfer issues to resolve for Mikel Arteta’s ideal squad balance

Deadline day may have passed but there are transfer issues the Gunners are still yet to solve for Mikel Arteta.

Heading into this year’s summer transfer window, Arsenal had key areas to address.

Firstly, Mikel Arteta was intent on adding more experience in order to avoid relying on youngsters like Bukayo Saka and risk “burning them out”. Willian arriving on a free solved this problem.
