Chelsea to launch final Declan Rice push that could see Arsenal land Jorginho

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard wants to make one last push for Declan Rice, which could pave the way for Jorginho to join Arsenal.

Lampard has identified Rice as a top transfer target in the summer window, yet West Ham reportedly value the 21-year-old at a staggering £73million.

The Blues must therefore stump up a huge bid to prise him away from their London rivals before next week’s transfer deadline.

Having already spent close to £230million this summer, though, Lampard may be forced to cash in on players before submitting an offer for Rice.
