AC Milan join Torreira hunt
AC Milan have joined the hunt to sign Lucas Torreira from Arsenal as they look to land a deal before the deadline next month, Gianluca Di Marzio reports.
The Uruguay international will be allowed to leave as he is not part of Mikel Arteta’s plans and a sale could raise funds for further signings.
Milan have reportedly lodged an enquiry for Torreira, who has courted the attention of Fiorentina and Torino so far this summer.

Houssem Aouar bid prepared
Arsenal are preparing to make their move for Lyon’s Houssem Aouar and will lodge an official bid once the sale of Lucas Torreira is completed.
The update comes from French journalist Julien Laurens, who states that a deal ‘could happen’ amid reports the Gunners have named him their top target.
“I believe Arsenal are preparing a deal. A bid for Aouar once they sell Lucas Torreira, probably to Torino…I think Arsenal will offer something to Lyon for Aouar & this one could happen.”
