Alexandre Lacazette asked if he is happy at Arsenal after Fulham win

Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette has confirmed he is happy at the club, despite rumours linking him with a move away.

The Frenchman scored the opening goal in the Gunners’ 3-0 win over Fulham, after being selected to lead the line ahead of Eddie Nketiah.

Lacazette has been linked with Atletico Madrid, with a potential swap deal which would see midfielder Thomas Partey join Arsenal mooted.

However, Lacazette shut down talk of a transfer in his post-match interview, telling BT Sport: “It was the best way to start the season. We wanted to win and have a clean sheet and respect what the coach wanted. Everyone is happy.
