Arsenal forward Alexandre Lacazette has his sights set solely on the new season.
The Frenchman has been linked with an exit this summer, Atletico Madrid reportedly interested, while Lyon are said to have snubbed a potential move.
But from a social media post this morning, Lacazette doesn’t look like a man packing his bags for a departure from London.
The 29-year-old posted a picture posing in the new Arsenal kit with a giant smile on his face and wrote “Season 20/21 lets gooo.”

Lacazette featured heavily last season, making 39 appearances across all competitions, scoring 12 and assisting seven.
With no movement in the Atletico Madrid talk, it looks as though he will be in Mikel Arteta’s front line again this season.
But the transfer talk is likely to continue into next season when Arsenal might just have a decision to make.
Next summer, Lacazette will be 30 with just one year remaining on his contract, the next summer window being the Gunners’ last chance to receive a fee for the Frenchman unless he earns a new contract in the meantime.
But that is next summer’s problem, and for now, it seems Lacazette is fit and focussed on the new campaign, which kicks off for Arsenal against Fulham on Saturday.
