A new report from the Independent claims that Arsenal have been handed the chance to sign Philippe Coutinho.

Arsenal are facing competition from a Premier league rival for Dani Ceballos this summer.
The Spain international has become an integral member of Arteta’s squad in North London and is looking for regular first-team football again next season ahead of the European Championships.
Real Betis are also interested in a move for the midfielder, who is not a part of Zinedine Zidane’s plans in the Spanish capital, but the Gunners, according to Marca, are also set to face competition from an unnamed Premier League club for Ceballos.
