Arsenal are busy preparing for this weekend’s FA Cup Final against Chelsea, where victory would end the season on a high and secure a spot in the Europa League next season.
Involvement in continental competitions could be crucial in the hunt for new additions in the transfer market, as missing out would represent a financial hit.
While Mikel Arteta and his squad will be focused on this weekend’s challenge, eyes will already be cast towards the summer transfer market and the additions that he could make.
Plenty of names have already been linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium and we have gathered some of the latest rumours below.

Thomas Partey alternative
Arsenal have identified Roma midfielder Amadou Diawara as an alternative to Thomas Partey in their hunt for midfield reinforcements, ASRomaLive.it reports.
Partey has been established as the Gunners’ prime target for the summer transfer window but Atletico Madrid are demanding that his €50million release clause is met if he is to leave.
Arsenal are not prepared to spend such a hefty price on the player and, as a result, the report states that Diawara, who has been tracked since his Napoli days, is being considered as an alternative.
The 22-year-old is valued at €30million by Roma, €5million more than the price Arsenal see him as worth, but the Serie A side are expected to sacrifice a midfielder this summer.
Philippe Coutinho request
Arsenal are keen for Philippe Coutinho to join the club this summer from Barcelona but cannot match his wages, with AS stating the Gunners have asked him to accept a pay-cut.
Barcelona are said to be aware that there will be no interest in a permanent transfer but are willing to send the former Liverpool man on loan for another season.
Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea are all said to have turned down the opportunity to sign Coutinho but Leicester City and Tottenham are still in the running.
Coutinho is said to have already turned down the chance to move to Arsenal but the door hasn’t been closed completely on a move to the Emirates Stadium.
Dani Ceballos price
Arsenal have been told they must pay a fee of €30million to sign Dani Ceballos permanently this summer after his loan spell with the club, El Confidencial has reported.
