Michael Owen believes Liverpool will be determined to finish their Premier League campaign on a high by adding to their already impressive list of records and has backed the newly-crowned champions to beat Arsenal 2-1 at the Emirates.

Liverpool’s 100 per cent record at Anfield this season was brought to an end on Saturday afternoon as Jay Rodriguez cancelled out Andy Robertson’s header to ensure Burnley came away from Merseyside with a point.

The Reds face a wounded animal in the shape of Arsenal on Wednesday night and Jurgen Klopp’s men will be expecting a tough test, given their opponents still have European qualification on the line.
