Arsenal new away shirt for the 2020/21 season has been leaked, with kit providers Adidas set to swap the beloved retro ‘bruised banana’ design from this campaign for a bizarre ‘blood-spattered’ pattern.
Well-known kit design leakers Footy Headlines unveiled the new design, describing the shirt as “predominantly ‘cloud white'” with a ‘maroon graphic print covering the front and sleeves’ that “somewhat resembles marble”.
However, Gunners fans and supporters of rival Premier League clubs have mocked the design for looking more like a blood splatter than marble.
“Arsenal have gone with a blood splatter pattern for their away kit to honour how they get battered out of the Top 4 every season”, joked one rival fan.

“The person who made Arsenal’s new away kit has blood on their hands! Quite literally”, added another.
“Is this the blood from our eyes when watch arsenal play?” questioned a third, while another compared it to ‘Raspberry Ripple ice cream’.
The shorts have not been leaked yet but they are expected to be maroon.

Arsenal’s new Adidas home kit has also been leaked
The kit will be part of Adidas’ second offering since agreeing a £300m deal with Arsenal back in 2018.
Adidas’ home kit design has previously been leaked, with the shirt said to feature a darker shade of red compared to this season’s, with a “subtle pattern print will appear on the red parts of the Arsenal 20-21 home jersey, while a gold stylized cannon graphic will appear on the upper back.”
