Arsenal’s on loan defender William Saliba has said that his full concentration is on ending the season well with Ligue 1 club Saint Etienne before. joining up with the Gunners at the end of the season.
Saliba arrived at the Emirates Stadium during the last summer transfer window in a deal worth a reported £24.9 million but was sent straight back to his former club on a season long loan deal.
However, the 18-year-old has endured an injury hit season which has limited him to just 11 appearances in all competitions so far this season.
The teenager made his comeback from a metatarsal fracture in the 1-0 Coupe de France win over Monaco at the end of last month and has gone onto play the full 90 minutes of the last three games.

Saint-Etienne are in Cup action tonight (Thursday) as they take on SAS Epinal in the quarter final of the Coupe de France.
A win would give the Ligue 1 club a welcome break from their poor league form, which has seen them lose seven of their last eight games, leaving the team in 15th place in the table, just four points clear of the relegation play-off place.
Ahead of the game, Saliba has spoken about his return to Arsenal but has insisted that he is fully concentrated on helping his loan club to turn around their season.
“For now, I’m 300% focused on Saint-Étienne. My head isn’t elsewhere. Next year, I’ll be at Arsenal, but I still follow their results,” he told Le10 Sport.
Saliba’s return to the Emirates Stadium could lead to a new defensive partnership being formed in the 2020/21 season, with the teenager possibly partnering January signing Pablo Mari should Arsenal to use the option to make his loan permanent in the summer.
