Important message regarding match tickets | Ticket Information | News

Supporters are reminded not to purchase tickets on the secondary market or through any unknown source.

Several companies and individuals do advertise on the internet claiming to provide official Arsenal tickets. However, tickets are only officially available through the channels outlined on Arsenal.com.

We would like to stress to all supporters that the unauthorised sale or disposal of football tickets is a criminal offence under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, as amended by the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006.

We also remind all our supporters that putting match tickets on to these platforms or any other ticket resale outlet is a breach of their membership and anyone found to be selling their tickets on will have their membership removed. Over the past two seasons we have cancelled around 6,500 memberships on this basis.

All Arsenal supporters are reminded that the Ticket Exchange and Ticket Transfer services are in place for fans registered with the club’s membership scheme, to provide a secure and convenient service for supporters wishing to resell their season tickets to fellow members. Approximately  144,000 tickets were distributed through this system last season. We also have a dedicated matchday team who operate spot checks on supporters entering Emirates Stadium and make seat checks based on the data we have relating to tickets sold.

We ask for supporters’ continued support in tackling touting by only passing on tickets via the Arsenal Ticket Exchange and buying directly from the club. Any unauthorised websites or sellers can be reported to toutingenquiries@arsenal.co.uk.

We have taken advice from the Met Police, who suggest that anyone living in the UK who has fallen victim to purchasing counterfeit tickets should report this via the non-emergency telephone line 101 or to a local police station. The website www.actionfraud.police.uk can also be used to report incidents, this can be used by people living outside the UK.
