New Arsenal summer arrival Kieran Tierney has sent a signed shirt to a young fan who saw his original shirt ruined by school ground bullies.
The classy gesture by the Gunners’ full-back also saw him write a letter to 15-year-old Jack Staniard, sending his best wishes to the teenager.
Tierney arrived at the Emirates Stadium in the summer, after completing a £25 million move from Scottish Champions Celtic, making him the most expensive player to come out of the Scottish Premiership.
The Gunners’ player sent the signed shirt, personalised with his name and the number three following the youngster’s previous shirt being burned with cigarettes.
