Referee announced for Arsenal’s game against Liverpool and it’s great news for the Gunners

The referee has been appointed for Arsenal’s Premier League game against Liverpool. 

The Gunners travel to Anfield to take on the reigning European Champions in what will be their biggest test of the season so far.

Both teams have won both of their opening games of the campaign, with one, or both teams set to lose their 100% winning record this weekend.

The corresponding fixture last season was one for Arsenal fans and Unai Emery to forget. The Reds running riot with goals from Sadio Mane, Mo Salah and a Roberto Firmino hat trick earning them a 5-1 win in December 2018. An 11th minute Ainsley Maitland-Niles goal turned out to be just a consolation.
