The Uefa rule change that will boost Spurs, Chelsea and Arsenal ahead of European finals

Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea and Arsenal have been handed a significant boost by UEFA’s latest rule change ahead of their respective European finals.

Unai Emery’s side lock horns with the Blues in Baku, Azerbaijan in the Europa League final on Wednesday May 29th, with Spurs tackling Premier League rivals Liverpool in Madrid a few days later on Saturday June 1.

Both matches will be a landmark occasion for the London trio and each side has been handed a boost by a rule change from UEFA, which allows each manager to name 12 substitutes.
